Saliva PH Test Strips

For optimum health and immunity, your saliva pH should be between 6.8 and 7.0

STEP 1, Swallow the saliva in your mouth and suck in fresh saliva.

STEP 2, Place the tip of the strip in your mouth for 10 to 20 seconds.

STEP 3, Remove from your mouth and wait a few seconds.

STEP 4, Use the colour chart on the back to find your pH.

For best results, wait about two hours after eating or drinking, before taking this test.
