Product Description

Polyaluminium chloride is an inorganic high-molecular coagulant, with the chemical formula [Al2(OH)nCL6-n]m. The product is available in liquid and solid forms.

Application Scope


1. Polyaluminium chloride is an inorganic high-molecular polymer with a large molecular structure, strong adsorption capacity, fast floc formation, high sedimentation rate, short reaction time and good dewatering performance of sediment.


2 It has a wide range of adaptability to the pH, temperature, turbidity, alkalinity and other conditions of wastewater. The pH of the treated effluent changes little, and the residual amount of aluminum and salts is small, which is conducive to reuse.


3 It has low corrosiveness, is easy to operate, requires a small dosage, has a low purification cost and good effect, and is suitable for various industrial wastewater.


Usage method and precautions:


When using liquid products, an appropriate amount of water can be added to dilute them to the required concentration.


When using solid products, first add 3 to 4 times the amount of water and stir to dissolve it. Then add water to dilute it to the required concentration and add it to the raw water in a certain proportion.


3. The pH range of the water quality it can adapt to is generally 6.0 to 8.5, with 7.0 to 8.0 being the best. For water quality outside this range, the pH value should be adjusted to a better range before adding chemicals for treatment to achieve a better purification effect.


4. Due to the complex and significant differences in the composition of sewage and wastewater, the dosage ratio should be determined based on the quality of the wastewater. A small-scale test can be conducted first to determine the appropriate dosage.


Packaging and storage:


Liquid products are transported in plastic drums or plastic tanks and can be stored in cement pools or plastic tanks.


Solid products are sealed and packaged in double-layer plastic bags, that is, an inner plastic film bag and an outer plastic woven bag, with a net weight of 25kg per bag.


3. Solid products are prone to moisture absorption and deliquescence, but moisture absorption and deliquescence will not affect the usage effect. It is recommended to store them in a dry and well-ventilated place.


4. Solid shelf life: 24 months, liquid shelf life: 6 months.


5. Note: This product must not be transported or stored together with other harmful substances.

Descriptions:

This product is high-effective inorganic polymer coagulant. It is widely applied in water purification, wastewater treatment, precision cast, paper production, pharmaceutical industry and daily chemicals.

Features and Applications:

This product is a new-type inorganic macromolecule coagulant with high efficiency. It is widely used in the drinking water, industrial water purification, industrial effluent municipal sewage treatment.

It can lead to quick formation of flock with big size and rapid precipitation.

It has wide-range adaptability to the waters at different temperatures and a good solubility.

The product is slightly corrosive and suitable for the automatic dosing and convenient for operation.


Advantages:

1. Its purifying effect on low-temperature, low-turbidity and heavily organic-polluted raw water is much better than other organic flocculants , furthermore, the treatment cost is lowered by 20%-80%.

2. It can lead to quick formation of flocculants (especially at low temperature) with big size and rapid precipitation service life of cellular filter of sedimentation basin.

3. It can adapt to a wide range of pH value (5−9), and can reduce the pH value and basicity after processing.

4. The dosage is smaller than that of other flocculants.It has wide adaptability to the waters at different temperatures and different regions.

5.Higher basicity, lower corrosion, easy for operation, and long-term use of non-occlusion.

Application Method and Notes:

Dilution is necessary before dosing for the solid product. The normal dilution ratio for the solid product is 2%-20% (based on weight percentage).

The Dosage in General : 1-15 grams / ton effluent , 50-200g per ton waste water. The best dosage should based on the lab test. The specific dosage is based on the flocculation tests and trials by the users.

Package and storage:

The product is packed in 25kg woven bag with inner plastic bag.

The product should be stored in a dry and ventilated place.
